Seville, or Sevilla in Spanish, is the largest and capital of Andalusia. It has is own official motto, which is „NO8DO“. In Spanish it means „No me ha dejado“ and in English „It (Seville) has not abandoned me“. It was my first time there and I had the impression that it is just an amazing city with a lot of beautiful places and things to do and see. You really get to know the Spanish feeling in that city.
The Semana Santa or in English Holy Week is the most important week in Spain. It is celebrated the week before Easter. At this time, the whole city is full of people, and everything is decorated. When I decided to go to Seville, I didn’t know that they celebrate Easter so deeply.
Most people don’t know that Gibraltar even exists. When I first enter this country, I absolutely fell in love with it. The people are as friendly as the British people in the UK but with a touch of Spanish charm, which gives a lovely combination. As Gibraltar is not that big, it is possible to see and discover it in only one day.
