Luxembourg meets the World
Florence is the capital city of the the Tuscany, an Italian region in Italy. It is also the most popular city in that region. As to the historical aspect, it is known as the birthplace of the Renaissance and has a very medieval European city centre. In 1982, it was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From a more cultural aspect, there are a lot of museums and art galleries. So enjoy an maybe follow my top 10 things to do in Florence.
The Leaning Tower of Pisa has always been on my bucket list. Why? Just because it’s the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Pisa is a city in Tuscany in Italy and mostly famous for this Leaning Tower. But is has a lot more to offer. The city center is very charming and hosts a lot of architectural and artistic marvels.
Finally my dream became true – I visited Venice. It is a really special city in Italy, because it is composed of 118 small islands separated by canals and connected by bridges. It is the capital of the Veneto region and really famous for its architecture.
Paris, a city which I always want to visit, but never really managed to do so. From Luxembourg, it’s only a 3 and 1/2 hour car drive away, so it’s really a pity that I haven’t been there earlier in my life.
